TransMed7, LLC is a privately held Limited Liability Corporation, organized in the State of Delaware in 2010. As such, it is managed by the Chief Executive Officer, reporting to the governing Board of Directors of the Company. Powers of the Manager and Powers Reserved to the Board are as outlined in the Operating Agreement of the Company, as ratified by the Members of the Company.

CSAB
TransMed7’s Clinical and Scientific Advisory Board (CSAB) consists of individuals who are experts and leaders in their fields. Along with their many contributions to improving medical technology for patients world-wide, the members of our Advisory Board support TransMed7’s clinician-driven research to provide comprehensive design requirements for specific product platforms at the beginning of product development, and they assist the Project Manager and other Project LLC personnel throughout a Project’s timeline.
